Qi Awareness & Cultivation Workshop

Conceptually, Qi is the energy that drives the universe and more importantly it is believed to be the energy that powers your body.

To be able to influence this energy you would normally take up Qigong and often begin with the Qi Ball Holding exercises which are the most basic drills though unfortunately most people never move beyond this stage.

One path of Qi training is to move from Qigong (working with qi) to Neigong (working with qi inside the body) and then to Neidan (using qi to produce 'spirit').

There's a great deal of confusion over these three methods of self-cultivation as there is a great overlap between them. But, as there are many types of qi in the human body, whatever type of qi training you are engaged in it should obvious you can't fully regulate or control these energies without being aware of them.

The aim of this seminar to give you the tools to be able to develop the awareness of the Qi energies in your own body.

It will also give you the opportunity to learn basic Qi cultivation methods based on Daoist meditation
