It used to be that putting on your shoes or underwear was a breeze.
And so was picking up stuff you'd dropped on the floor or getting that thing you want from the low cupboard.

Who Am I And Why Should You Listen To Me?
My name’s Mike Hart and I've been practising Chinese health arts (T'ai Chi and breathing exercises, or Qigong) for over 35 years. At 50, I'm more powerful now than I was in my 20s through applying simple principles of movement and structure which the Chinese observed many centuries ago.
My teachers are all in their 60s or 70s and are in better shape than me.
I'm exceptionally passionate about passing this information on to everyone over 40 (or very near!) because I want to get rid of this depressing, negative mindset of “when I get older, I'm going to fall apart”.
You're not. Not if you're prepared to put in a little work and be consistent in what I share with you.
