Discover the Ancient Secret to a Long and Happy, Healthy Life

FREE VIDEO from a local Chinese health arts teacher (who looks 50 and feels 25)

It used to be that putting on your shoes or underwear was a breeze.

And so was picking up stuff you'd dropped on the floor or getting that thing you want from the low cupboard.

But bending, stretching and squatting just aren't as natural and effortless as they used to be. Your knees won't take it, or something's too tight now and won't allow you to get into that position.

Maybe you used to walk, play sport or take part in other games and hobbies which you loved but can't perform as well anymore, or you've had to give them up.

Or maybe you're not quite there yet, but you're starting to feel that your everyday movments are becoming more like hard work

Whether the movements are big or small, there's no longer a feeling of that effortless, easy movement you took for granted just a few short years ago.

I wonder if you've ever heard this phrase before:

“Old age doesn't come alone”

I'll bet you have. And I'll bet you're hearing it more frequently as you get older. I hear it every single week.

You may think I'm not a fan of the “Old age doesn't come alone” viewpoint, and you'd be dead right.

But there's another way...

In a moment, I'll show you. But first, let me answer a more burning question.

Who Am I And Why Should You Listen To Me?

My name’s Mike Hart and I've been practising Chinese health arts (T'ai Chi and breathing exercises, or Qigong) for over 35 years. At 50, I'm more powerful now than I was in my 20s through applying simple principles of movement and structure which the Chinese observed many centuries ago.

My teachers are all in their 60s or 70s and are in better shape than me.

I'm exceptionally passionate about passing this information on to everyone over 40 (or very near!) because I want to get rid of this depressing, negative mindset of “when I get older, I'm going to fall apart”.

You're not. Not if you're prepared to put in a little work and be consistent in what I share with you.

In fact, what I share will make you happy, healthy and stack the odds in favour of you living longer, but here's the thing...

You have to take action

Is what I'll share with you simple? Yes.

Is it easy? No, not always. But having good health isn't “convenient”. It requires some effort on your part.

Simple things like choosing good quality exercise and eating good quality food. You can see that those are simple, right? Not necessarily easy though, when you get to the practical level.

Did you know that just a simple stretching routine can help stop muscle imbalances which cause wear and tear on the body? These imbalances result in tightness, restricted movement, painful joints and you could end up having surgery.

But a simple stretching routine to keep your muscles at the correct length and tension stops that kind of thing in it's tracks. No orthopaedic surgery required.

T'ai Chi will begin that stretching process for you.

And I'm here to help.

I'm offering a free video because I want everyone to begin this fantastic journey towards health. It's your birthright and I want you to enjoy a healthy and happy life.

In the video, you get the following:

  • First 3 moves of our t'ai chi set, I'll explain and walk you through
  • Start to open and stretch your body out (no surgery for you)
  • Be practicing t'ai chi in just minutes from now
  • See front, rear and side views
  • A surprise bonus
  • Feel fantastic!

And it doesn't end there. I'll send you regular email tips to help you stay focused on the journey ahead.

If that sounds like a journey you'd enjoy and could benefit from, then just fill in the simple form below and let's get you started
