You’d like to start at the Wednesday Hazel Court class, so you could start on the first Wednesday of January, May or September. Easy, huh?

This way I can adjust the classes so you’re not overwhelmed too much.

The format of the classes is:

  • Warm Up Exercises

  • Breathing Exercises

  • Taiji Set

  • Q&A or new material, either practical or theory

Don’t be afraid to ask questions in the class, they’re very welcome!
